Step One:

Pre-Admission Screening
Pre-Admission screening involves discussing personal and financial concerns. The screening is conducted by a Public Health Nurse and Social Worker. The pre-screening process can prevent unnecessary nursing home admissions by providing information on home care, assisted living and other services that encourage individuals to stay in their communities as long as possible.

Step Two:

Visit Our Facility
We encourage all perspective residents to visit our facility. At the time of your visit, we will aquaint you with our facility and our staff. This on-site visit allows you to get to know us and us the opportunity to meet you.
