Exercise Program
Our Quality of Life program is an Exercise Physiology-based Wellness Program designed to enhance the functional ability of those who chose to participate. It is our belief that exercise has a number of vital benefits in the aging population. Defined as “Balance, Exercise, Strength and Training”, our comprehensive program encourages our residents to stay active and healthy.  Lead by a trained Exercise Technician, classes are offered Monday through Friday.  Each class consists of stretching, light weight training, light cardiovascular training and an individual workout, whether walking or exercising with machines.
